Brelford Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"), company registration number 2026/589234/07, provides website design and digital marketing services for businesses in South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, wherever you are based.

What we collect

Your name, your business name, the town you work in, your email address and your phone number — whatever you give us when you ask about a website project, buy a build, take a care plan, or simply contact us. If you already have a website we will also note its address.

Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Payfast. We never see or store your card details.

For Brelford Tips and a course-interest enquiry, we collect the name, email address and phone number you supply, your selected market, the purpose of the enquiry, your marketing preference and campaign source details included in your link. We record the consent wording, version and time of your choice. If you previously supplied business details or a turnover range, we retain that context with its original currency; these short forms do not replace it with guessed values.

Why we collect it

To design and build your website, to process payment, to keep you informed about your own project, and to run the care plan you are on and to respond to digital marketing enquiries. If you asked us to get in touch, we use it to do that.

We keep marketing enquiry details and business context in our website records and Pipedrive CRM to respond, understand the support that may suit your business, and keep track of our conversations. Choosing a turnover range does not authorise a charge or commit you to a service.

Marketing emails and your choice

Brelford Tips is an email subscription, so signing up requires your permission to receive useful marketing tips and information about relevant Brelford services. Marketing permission is optional for a course-interest enquiry. Leaving that optional checkbox unchecked does not withdraw a previous subscription. We record the choice and the wording shown when you made it. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by emailing hello@brelford.com. We may still reply to your enquiry or send messages needed for a service you have requested.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider (Payfast), our CRM provider (Pipedrive, to manage your enquiry or account), and our hosting and email providers (to operate the website, store enquiry records and deliver our correspondence). This website does not send visit data to Meta. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details, business information, turnover range and currency while needed to respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship. We retain marketing preferences and consent records to respect your choices, and keep financial records for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a project or withdraw your marketing consent by emailing hello@brelford.com.

Cookies and tracking

This website remembers your selected business market in your browser. It does not load advertising pixels. We store the project details, selected package, payment terms accepted and payment confirmations needed to fulfil your order. Card details are collected by Payfast, not by Brelford.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@brelford.com and we will respond within one business day.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. If you are in the UK or the EU, you may complain to your own supervisory authority.
