We would rather you were happy than keep your money.

Before you pay anything

You can ask about the scope before placing an order. An enquiry alone does not require payment. Existing accepted written offers and customer agreements keep their agreed terms; the applicable refund and statutory rights remain available.

Cooling-off

Any cooling-off or cancellation rights that apply under consumer law remain available. Statutory rights take precedence over this policy. Contact us with the transaction details so the applicable cancellation and refund process can be confirmed.

Brelford Learn and Bonus Chapter

Ask within 14 calendar days of verified purchase for a full refund of Brelford Learn and any optional Bonus Chapter bought in the same order, even after watching. Email your order details to heinrich@brelford.com. Course and bonus access ends when the refund is processed. This specific promise is not narrowed by the website-build or general add-on rules below, and statutory rights remain unchanged.

New Learn orders accepting the original terms revision 2026-10-13-learn-core-v1 include one complete core video, approximately 6 minutes 25 seconds. The optional Bonus Chapter is one video whose recording remains pending with no confirmed release date. New purchases identify the bonus-chapter-v1 terms suffix at checkout; earlier bonus purchases keep their agreed scope. Existing customers keep their original agreed scope, delivery promises and refund terms.

Website builds

Before we start building. Cancel any time before we begin building and you are refunded in full.

While we are building. Cancel part way and we refund what you paid less the work already done, charged at our published add-on rates. We will show you the breakdown. You keep whatever has been produced.

After the site is live. The build is delivered, so the build fee is not refundable. But for thirty days after launch, anything that is broken or is not what we agreed is fixed at no charge. That is not new work — new work is what the care plan and add-ons are for — but anything that is not right, we put right.

Care plans

Cancel any month with 30 days’ written notice. We do not refund a month that has already started, because the hosting, backups and monitoring for that month have already been paid for and delivered.

Annual prepay: cancel part way and we refund the unused whole months at the standard monthly rate.

Add-ons and retainers

Add-ons are refundable in full before work starts. Once started, they follow the same rule as builds — refunded less the work already done.

Retainers are monthly and cancel the same way as care plans.

Email hello@brelford.com. We respond within one business day and pay approved refunds within seven business days, by the same method you paid.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome

Tell us first — most things are fixable. If we cannot resolve it, you have the right to refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission or a recognised consumer court.
